2. Hygiene Standards
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products and fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items once the original protective seal has been broken or the product has been used. This ensures the safety and purity for all our clients.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your luxury product arrives damaged, please initiate a report by contacting Evelyn@justevelondonbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide high-resolution photographic evidence for our quality audit team.
4. Refund Processing
